From the airport:
If you plan to take an airport shuttle, you can make a reservation online
at: http://www.airportshuttles.com/
(for example, the SuperShuttle costs $20 one way to Wingate/LaQuinta).

From hotels to the meeting venue
Both the AMS session and the Workshop will be held at BSN 115
(the College of Business Building). It is about 15-20 minutes
to walk to the conference venue from Wingate, LaQuinta and Embassy hotels.
In addition, Wingate provides a complementary shuttle service to USF. (LaQuinta is 20 steps from Wingate.)

The USF shuttle (Route F, free for workshop participants)
 stops at the corner of McKenley and Fowler (take the one on the east side of McKenley).

The shuttle runs Weekends: 2:30pm -- 9:30pm and
Monday -- Friday 7am -- 9:30pm

If you are driving or have a rental car:
One can purchase a daily  parking permit at the visitor's information center
located on the right immediately after one passes through the main entrance,
or at pay stations on visitors parking spaces.
